What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this site and respond to you.

• Contact form data. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, subject, and the content of your message.
• Technical data for abuse prevention. We store the IP address associated with a form submission to help prevent spam and abuse.
• Functional session data. We use a session cookie to keep the captcha and the anti forgery token working while you use the contact form. This is not used to track you across sites.

What we do not do

• We do not use Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, or any third party advertising or tracking script.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not build advertising profiles or run behavioural tracking.

Why we process your data and the legal basis

• Responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• Preventing abuse of the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are then deleted. If a message does not lead to work, it is deleted within twelve months. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on servers used to operate this website. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area for the purpose of marketing. If any processor we use is located elsewhere, an appropriate safeguard under the GDPR applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we process it.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already done.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

This site uses only functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the contact form and captcha to work. No analytics, marketing, or third party cookies are set. Because these cookies are essential, no consent banner is required for them.

Given what we do for a living, we take the security of this site seriously. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to stored messages is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold ourselves to a high standard.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be made clear.
